Meditation head downwards

On a white petal’s bliss
Above the pond’s blue spread
Thought-free she hangs at ease,
Turned downwards her head:
In silence of the morn,
Stilled her unceasing dance,
She’s suddenly indrawn
Into a silent trance —
And dreams in calm delight,
And spreads though seems asleep,
One with the blissful white,
One with the blueness deep —
So transparently green
Among the water leaves
As if in her is seen
What their green muse conceives:
Forgotten the winds’ call,
Forgotten the wings’ thrill —
The petals sweet enthrall:
Her flitter-fun went still —
Above the calyx bright
That glows the sun at play,
She glistens, so light,
As if a thin sunray…
And she is just the void —
Nothing — and All — at one…
For of herself devoid
With all she’s simply one…

In her there blaze the suns,
The stars’ grand beauty whirls:
The dragonfly’s deep trance
Embraced the myriad worlds…
No being can embrace
The Game Divine with pry!
Yet all the worlds can race
In a frail tiny fly!

Медитация вниз головой

На белом лепестке
Над пруда синевой
Повиснув налегке
Без дум вниз головой,
В безмолвии вокруг
Среди тиши пространств
Она впадает вдруг,
Как в сон, в безмолвный транс —
И грезит в тишине,
Сливаясь с тишиной,
Теряясь в белизне,
Став синей глубиной —
Прозрачно зелена
Средь водяных листов —
Как будто рождена
Из их зеленых снов:
Забыв про зов ветров
И трепет легких крыл,
Над негой лепестков
Полет ее застыл —
Над чашечкой цветка,
Чей пыл, как солнце, жгуч,
Она горит, легка,
Как солнца тонкий луч…
И в ней — лишь пустота —
Ничто — и Всё… и с ним
Игре луча, листа
Легко ей быть одним…

В ней звезды мчат, быстры,
Кипит огонь светил:
Несметные миры
Стрекозий транс вместил…
Божественной Игры
Безмерность не вместить!..
Но могут все миры
В стрекозке малой жить...
